I believe it is about war on drugs. All I can say is that the End does not Justify the Means. Although, the former president aims to eradicate the "drug addicts" it does not change the fact that civilians got caught in the war. They are just killed without any proof and evidence. That leads to massacre or should I say Extra Judicial Killing. I felt safe during the the former president's regime but learning about those people to get killed but the police men and defend themselves saying it's self-defense, I guess not.
